Low-fares airline Thomsonfly is launching flights to Tel Aviv from Luton and Manchester Airport this winter. The flights will operate three times per week - on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday - from both airports. They are on sale now for departures starting on 1 November 2007.
Thomsonfly is the first low-fares airline to launch flights between the UK and Israel, offering potentially huge savings compared to existing full service airlines serving Tel Aviv. Fares are from £79.99 one way or £139.98 return, including taxes and charges. Kosher meals (which must be pre-booked at the same time as the flight) will be served on board. Guy Stephenson, Thomsonfly's Commercial Director, said: 'Our decision to launch into Tel Aviv will satisfy the huge demand for direct flights to this exciting Israeli city. The Israeli economy is strong and visitor numbers from the UK are up this year, which is a positive backdrop to the launch of new services.' Source: UK-Airport-News.info Views: 467 / Print / E-mail
