Flybe is to increase the frequency of flights it offers to the Isle of Man from both Liverpool and Manchester in time for the summer holiday season. The extra flights will raise the frequency to Manchester Airport to five a day, and Liverpool to four a day, with one-way ticket prices starting at £18.99 which can be booked now for travel from April 4.
Mike Rutter, chief commercial officer at Flybe, said: ‘We’ve been bowled over by the success of our Manchester and Liverpool routes to the Isle of Man. In response to amazing demand, we are able to introduce extra frequency to these key cities. Our market share on the Manchester route is now an impressive 60 percent, showing that Flybe understands fully the needs of Manx travellers.’
