On June 1st of this year, the Latvian airline airBaltic will launch direct flights from Riga to the capital city of Tajikistan, Dushanbe. 

On March 31, the Latvian airline airBaltic will begin direct flights from Riga to the Norwegian town of Tromso.

airBaltic will fly from Riga to Tromso four times a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Passengers will fly on a Boeing 737-500 airplane, and the flight will take 2 hours and 40 minutes. One-way ticket prices start at LVL 49, including airport fees and transaction costs. The flight schedule is available on the company’s website – www.airbaltic.com.

On April 1, the Latvian airline airBaltic will begin offering direct flights from Riga to the Lithuanian resort town of Palanga.  
From April, there will be eight nonstop flights a week between the two cities. Passengers will fly aboard a Fokker 50 airplane, and the flight will take just 45 minutes.
